Legally Driving Again

Just a note. After having attended driving school almost 2 months ago, I decided it was time to take the plunge and join the other drivers of Cuenca. This morning I went to the national transit police, took the exam, paid $38, and received my new Ecuadorian drivers license. *Since Mick got his in March, the transit office has moved and the test is now administered via computer.
