When we found our apartment a little over a year ago, we knew that it was the place for us. Although we had decided that we would rent, we wanted to buy, but the owner would not sell at that time. Everything always works out the way it's suppose to; I've seen this over and over, including now.
A couple of weeks ago, we were presented with the new rules and regulations of our building. Included in the new rules is one which prohibits pets. For those who currently have pets, they can stay; however, the pets must be registered with the administrator. Registration involved supplying multiple documents, including vet records and a photo. Additionally, you can not add another pet and in the event of the death of your pet, you can not replace him.
Everything does work out for the best and had we bought,we would be a bit stressed knowing that we could never have another puppy. Our building is in its second year of occupancy, and the new regulations were just legalized last month. For those who purchase, especially purchase hastily, you may not be getting what you think you're getting.
Everything works out for the best.
Until next time,

That is sad. So, I guess you will start a search for a new home?

Another reason why I would never ever buy a condo or a place with a homeowner's association. The benefits of having someone else paint the building are outweighed by tyranny of others.
ReplyDeleteI too believe that everything works out as it should and I am glad it worked out for you.
