Mick and Nikolas on a chilly day at Parque Calderon.
Could you please tell me where Marcia took weaving lessons? That is one of my goals for when I am there, beginning in October. Thanks much.
ReplyDeleteWe weave at Distribuidora Barrera. It is located at Luis Moreno Mora 3-71 y Cornelio Merchan. It is a family owned business for more than 50 yrs. The selection of yarns is incredible. Patricia is a master artisan. She speaks English. For those on vacation, she offers a package which includes the use of the loom and lessons.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the response about weaving. I just now realized you'd given me that info. I won't be on vacation exactly, just scoping things out, and if things work as hoped, locating at least a temporary home. This first visit will be 5 weeks so that will be great to meet up with Patricia. I also read your list of restaurants, some of which I'd read about before but having an all-inclusive list is great.
