California Kitchen Event

If you live here, you been there; if you read the blogs, you've heard of it. "It" is California Kitchen, which is an American restaurant located at the corner of Sanguirima and Borrero. California Kitchen has some of the tastes that remind you of your previous life, including burgers, sandwiches, and weekly specials. This week is a big week for the restaurant and the Evans family.

Friday is the grand opening of the California Kitchen bar. The bar has been installed and stocked. Jim will be bartender, preparing a variety of drinks. There is also a new bar menu which includes real buffalo wings. Happy Hour will be from 5-7 PM with 2 for 1 drinks. There will also be live music.

George, Carol, Jim, and Susie have worked extremely hard to have drinks and appetizers like you find in the States. Even if you don't imbibe, snacks are worth coming in for.
